Returns and Exchange Policy
Hottie wants to make sure that you are absolutely happy with your purchase. If, for some reason you are not completely happy with your order, we do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. We pride ourselves on our fabulous styles and exceptional quality. Although rare, if a defect should arise in your product within a year from purchase, we will replace them at no cost.
We only accept returns on merchandise that has not been worn or washed, and has all tags still attached (Unless there is a defect). If the return is because of a defect, we will pay for the return shipping. Simply use the "Contact" tab below to give us your information and we will email you a shipping label. Simply print the label and attach it to the return envelope.
Hottie does not accept returns of merchandise purchased on close-out.
We only accept exchanges that have not been worn or washed, and have all tags still attached (Unless there is a defect). If the return is an error on our part, (wrong size or wrong print), or there is a defect, we will pay for the return shipping. Simply use the "Contact" tab below to give us your information. We will send a replacement item along with a self-addressed envelope for the return. If the exchange is due to the wrong product being ordered, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
